When my sweet husband goes out of town on a business trip, I run to WinCo and buy a boatload of lunchmakers and frozen meals. I go on a cooking strike until he returns.
Luckily, his trips are few and far between these days because the kids and I don't get much done other than binge TV watching and snacking. I am thinking Dukes of Hazzard this time around. Happy kiddos, sane mom!
